This website is operated by NEXORA PREMIER RESIDENCY COMPANY FOR CONSULTANCY AND TOURISM LIMITED ("we", "us"), trading as Nexora Residency, a company registered in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, with its principal office at Penthouse Level, Nergiz Plaza, Gulan Street, Erbil 44001, Iraq, and an office in Athens at Leof. Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, nationality, budget, timeline and message. We also collect standard analytics data (e.g. pages viewed) where you have consented to cookies.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide the advisory and property services you request, and, where permitted, to send you relevant updates. We do not sell your personal data.

Data Sharing
We share your information only with the providers and partners needed to deliver what you ask for. Enquiries sent through this site are delivered to us by Web3Forms; the site is hosted on Cloudflare; usage statistics are collected through Google Analytics where you have consented to cookies; a message sent to us on WhatsApp is carried by Meta under its own terms; and the availability shown on property pages is served from our own client portal. In the course of a purchase or a residency application, we pass the details the process requires to the Greek lawyer, notary, developer or authority involved. We do not sell your personal data.
Data Retention
We keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your Rights

International Transfers
As we operate from Erbil and Athens, your data may be processed in Iraq and the EU. We take appropriate steps to protect it in line with applicable law.
